The Rockstar
I have a running final, would it be okay to drink Rockstar energy drink?
I have a final in a few days. I have to run 2 miles in 15 minutes or less. Would it help me run faster if I drink the orange Rockstar juice energy drink?
Also, if there are some cons please list them.

-don’t drink the rockstar bcuz it will give you energy for about 100m but after that you’ll die
-just try eating pasta/bread/grains the day before the run
-also try to eat alittle fat bcuz thea is what your body turns to for energy after 13 min of hard running
