How to draw mountains/rocks/boulders?
i am painting something on my computer with my bamboo pen tablet, and i just can’t seem to draw a mountain correctly. i have looked at videos, but all there is is just a vid of someone painting it, and when i try to replicate it i can’t. so does any one have any online guides/vids/advice they could give on painting mountains/rocks/bouders? i would really like to know as i would like to finish this painting soon. thanks
just ball up a piece of paper and draw it. once you are done, shape and change the edges so that it resembles a rock.this will help you because rocks require the same amount of detail. make sure you pay attention to the shading and all of the paper’s values
